With a required platform upgrade project drawing near, it was time to assess whether the CMS solution in place was meeting Advicent’s needs for delivering its global public website experience. After determination of clear benefits to utilizing a different CMS solution, Advicent underwent a migration from the Sitecore to Kentico platform.

- Initiated and led project for the organization, from discovery to execution
- Assessed landscape of CMS platform market, identified ideal solution, and delivered recommendations to stakeholders
- Assessed local web development agencies and served as key decision maker in RFP and selection process
- Hands-on execution during site content and asset transition, while defining and implementing best-practice workflows for team CMS users
- Led quality assurance process, ensuring project met design and content specifications
